What we collect
We collect public business details: the business name, city, type of business and public website. When we contact a business, we also hold the phone number or email address it lists publicly. We never use personal social media profiles.
Why we use it
We use it to offer a website, to send a small number of follow-up messages, and to deliver and host the website if you order one. We do not sell or share your data.
How we protect it
Phone numbers and emails are encrypted. Only the owner and approved staff can see client data, and every change is recorded. Our pages do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we delete your contact details within 180 days of our last contact. Order and payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, stop our messages or delete it. Reply "stop" to any message and you will never be contacted again. We answer every request within 30 days.
Services we use
Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting), Meta (WhatsApp), Google (maps and website speed checks) and Anthropic (writing help). Each one handles data only to provide its service to us.
If something goes wrong
If your data is exposed, we will tell you and the authorities within 72 hours.

ما الذي نجمعه
نجمع معلومات الأعمال المنشورة علنًا: اسم النشاط التجاري، المدينة، نوع النشاط والموقع الإلكتروني العام. وعند التواصل مع نشاط تجاري، نحتفظ أيضًا برقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني المنشور علنًا. لا نستخدم الحسابات الشخصية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
لماذا نستخدمها
نستخدمها لنعرض عليك موقعًا إلكترونيًا، ولإرسال عدد قليل من رسائل المتابعة، ولتسليم موقعك واستضافته إذا طلبته. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها.
كيف نحميها
أرقام الهواتف والبريد الإلكتروني مشفّرة. لا يطّلع على بيانات العملاء إلا المالك والموظفون المخوّلون، ويُسجَّل كل تغيير. صفحاتنا لا تستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط الإعلانية.
مدة الاحتفاظ
إذا لم تصبح عميلًا، نحذف بيانات التواصل الخاصة بك خلال 180 يومًا من آخر تواصل. ونحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات والدفع للمدة التي يفرضها قانون المحاسبة.
حقوقك
يحق لك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو إيقاف رسائلنا أو حذفها. أرسل كلمة «توقف» ردًا على أي رسالة ولن نتواصل معك مرة أخرى. نرد على كل طلب خلال 30 يومًا.
الخدمات التي نستخدمها
Supabase (قاعدة البيانات)، Cloudflare (الاستضافة)، Meta (واتساب)، Google (الخرائط وفحص سرعة المواقع) وAnthropic (المساعدة في الكتابة). تتعامل كل خدمة مع البيانات فقط لتقديم خدمتها لنا.

إذا تعرّضت بياناتك للكشف، نبلغك ونبلغ الجهات المختصة خلال 72 ساعة.
